They also identify unmet needs and suggest strategies to address them. The committee is responsible for the implementation and oversight of CoC plan to address unsheltered homelessness. They review data and make recommendations to the Board of Directors and community partners on how to decrease the length of time homeless, increase permanent housing placements, and reduce returns to homelessness.
